Preface to the Method
The margins of intervention of the Setti Method are many due to its articulation. The pillars of the Method derive from the mixture of knowledge that integrates, in order to understand the cause of the disease.
From Iridology we take the principles and techniques for the initial interview with the client, during which the therapeutic path is explained in detail, past and present anamnesis are defined, how to intervene and on what is described and it is specified in an absolutely indisputable way that these are not medical substitution treatments.
From naturopathy we derive phytotherapy with herbal teas and supplements and ortho-molecular nutrition, which is also developed through accurate hygienic-sanitary choices; from Traditional Chinese Medicine, an ancient art of "preventive medicine", massage and tai chi or qi gong gymnastics techniques are developed; from Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine, a philosophical thought handed down to us by the precious books "Veda" according to a vast oral knowledge developed millennia ago in India, we still obtain techniques of massage, meditation, breathing and yoga; from Bio-Energetics, breathing and postural techniques are obtained, always in search of a deep bodily awareness; from the awakening of the Kundalini, we activate a powerful, revitalizing, cathartic energy to find a new body-energetic awareness; finally from the use of Quantum Physics techniques adapted to everyday life, such as magnetotherapy, binaural frequencies to be listened to during treatments and independently at night; by the use of infrared light (620-750 nm) to limit the production of cortisol; from the use of HYDRO YOGA which through water and yoga allows benefits to the body and mind. An important part also belongs to hypoxia interval training, in which we train the mitochondria to regenerate. This cellular training allows you to help clients, aiding in the recovery of many illnesses and after the consequences of many medications throughout one's life. HIIT training allows you to stimulate the mitochondria in their energy production action.Finally, the Mitochondrial Diet and the use of ionized water improves the health of the mitochondria and therefore longevity.
The Setti Method® is an invitation to feel good, to rediscover that part of us that has "dozed off" in the torpor of everyday life. Industrialization and technology have profoundly changed our biological clock, from which we produce melatonin which regulates all the hormones in our body. This lack of melatonin generates a rise in cortisol, which over time generates states of profound imbalance and, sometimes, even profound discomfort that affect physical and mental health. Often to overcome these discomforts we acquire bad eating habits or we get into depression, altering the Autonomic Nervous System.
Cortisol wakes us up and should be at its highest in the morning. Melatonin and cortisol are in an opposite relationship: when melatonin is high, cortisol should be low and vice versa. When one of these two conditions gets out of balance, our ability to sleep suffers. A balance that has always accompanied us. High cortisol is the cause of every problem, overstimulating the Sympathetic System.

But is the autonomic nervous system trainable?
In this regard, it is necessary to introduce the concept of heart rate variability (HRV-Heart Rate Variability) or the time that elapses between one heartbeat and another. This varies according to the rhythm of breathing, emotional states, the state of anxiety, stress, anger, relaxation, lifestyle, way of thinking, so it is linked to the autonomic nervous system. Having a great variability in heart rate means that the body is able to adapt quickly to various endogenous and exogenous stimuli and is a sign of good health and an indicator of longevity. Surely there are those who, due to personal characteristics, genetics, character, education, are born with a good heart rate variability, others not. However, HRV can certainly be trained with the Setti Method.
What is Vibrational Medicine?
Our body is made up of 100 trillion cells and if we multiply this value by the volt of each single cell, the result is that our body is a small sun; we emit frequencies and are magnetic fields.
In 1905 a strange guy, rejected in the 1st grade, says that E=mc2, i.e. matter is nothing more than a frequency spectrum of energy. Energy and matter are the same thing.
Energy is the speed of electrons in mass. If I change the speed of electrons, I change matter!
VIBRATIONAL MEDICINE can change the HRV (HRV-Heart Rate Variability), as regards the parasympathetic part, acting on the vagal system with: cellular training (interval hypoxia), deep breathing exercises, sound therapy, meditation, yoga, neural training, lifestyle changes, proper nutrition, factors that increase heart rate variability that lower the inflammatory state and the average heart rate.
The external environment influences my magnetic field a lot, which by remaining open contaminates itself, or benefits from it! The most important stresses;

Emotional Stress starts from the head and the real or imaginary problem leads me to alter my vibration. Fear, in particular, innate or induced leads to Illness, altering HRV

95% UNCONSCIOUS, EMOTIONAL
Everything comes from the collective unconscious programming, which induces us to do things. For our Health we must try to use the Parasympathetic system, activating the unconscious mind!

When we are stressed, in sympathicotonia, we repeat the mistakes of our parents, society and school.
If I'm in sympathicotonia I'm a slave, who reacts!
If I'm in Parasympathicotonia, I'm in the present, here and now, and I'm not working with the cerebral hemispheres, but I'm working with the HEART. We must prefer the PARASYMPATHETIC system mode and therefore the Immune System which fights bacteria and viruses and trains HRV!!!
REMEMBER THAT 80% OF THE CELLS OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM ARE LOCATED IN THE INTESTINE.
The Sympathetic System, on the other hand, uses the Adrenal System which increases cortisol, which lowers the Immune System and doesn't fight bacteria and viruses!
