I created an Integrated System of Holistic Medicine called Setti Method , in which the initial Iridological and Naturopathic consultancy plays a great importance. Oriental Medicines and Quantum Physics help me understand which technique and how to use it to help people obtain good POSTURE, a coherent BREATH, POSTURE and BREATH AWARENESS, ending up with a balanced PSYCHO NEURO ENDOCRINE IMMUNOLOGICAL SYSTEM.
I love my job and I do it with passion for myself and for others. For 35 years I have been practicing a routine every day, which year after year becomes more and more simple, duplicable and effective, in an attempt to achieve a gratifying Longevity for myself and for others. I created an integrated system of complementary medicines to basically maintain EUTONIA and EUBIOSIS.
Health turns out to be a continuous adjustment between two extremes, namely between the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic System. I am an expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoism, Ayurvedic Medicine and Kundalini, Expert in Bio-energetics, Naturopath and Professional Iridologist, Master of Kung Fu, Tai chi ch'uan and Gi Gong, different types of yoga.
I use Quantum Physics in the service of Well-Being. We are made of body and energy and only in this vision can we understand reality.

My aim, in the initial consultancy, is to identify vibrational stresses and food errors and create lifestyle habits, which are different for everyone, capable of maintaining the vibratory frequency of Health.
The Iridological Visit allows me to understand all the biochemical consequences of bad dietary habits on the body throughout one's life. It also allows me to identify a nutraceutical path capable of maintaining the vibratory frequency of Health.
After the diagnosis (body-energy-spirit) the treatment will be personalized in order to obtain the desired Health Effect.
The Method has pre-set or customizable Health packs.
I use food as drug and drug as food. We are made of body and light (electrons) and therefore every day at least 2 liters of vibrationally charged water, fruit, vegetables and foods that do not stimulate the production of endogenous cortisone…..
The Immune System has 80% of the cells in the intestine and, therefore, correct functioning through NUTRACEUTICS is essential.
